The Hemingway touch

"From Red or Dead through to the large housing projects that we are involved in we’ve been fortunate in our design careers to constantly be excited by our work.  The Boscombe Overstrand project is right up there with the most stimulating projects we have ever undertaken. 

It’s not often you come across a historic mid-century modern building, that’s been empty for 15 years, but has remained in good condition and has its original features and integrity.  And when that building faces one of Britain’s best beaches, has world class views and is next to one of the coolest piers in the country, you have to pinch yourself. 

And it just gets better... The first artificial surf reef in the Northern Hemisphere is being installed on the ocean right outside the Overstrand.  The beach pods at the Overstrand will simply be the best in the world.."
